Meet the Director

Leticia Monroig

Credentialed Early Childhood Education Director & Child Development Associate (CDA)

With more than 20 years of experience working with children across all age groups, Leticia has devoted her career to creating a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Her philosophy centers on learning through play, exploration, positive guidance, and purposeful daily routines. Every child is unique, so carefully planned, developmentally appropriate activities encourage each one's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, language, and creative growth.

As a bilingual educator, she also gives children the chance to build familiarity with Spanish through songs, stories, conversations, games, and hands-on activities that strengthen communication skills and broaden cultural awareness.

"My greatest joy is creating meaningful experiences that allow every child to feel loved, respected, and encouraged each day."
